We do not allow same-day enrollment.
You must enroll at least 24-hours in advance of the class meeting time; otherwise, you may start the following week.

Please remember to update your child's profile with their current grade and classroom # in the format of 'grade-three digit classroom #' (i.e. K-226, 1-201, 2-301, etc)! To update this information, login to your account and click on 'Account Info' in the column on the left, then click 'Edit' next to your child's name.

About our Payment Schedule
K-5th Grade: The cost for each class is $112.50 per 10-week session, plus a $12.50 non-refundable registration fee and any supply fees. All students must enroll in 2 classes per day; we can not accommodate 4pm pickup.
K-5th Grade: All children enrolled in 10 classes per week (2 classes per day) will receive a $100 discount. The discount will be automatically deducted when registering online. Please deduct the appropriate amount on the registration card if using a paper form.
K-5th Grade: If your family meets the federal guidelines for free lunch, we offer financial aid for one day (two classes) per child per session. The $25 registration fee, supply fees and Extended Hour are not covered by financial aid. These fees are due with the registration form.

Pre-K: The cost for each class is $40/day per session, plus $25 non-refundable registration fee. Session dates and total costs vary per day of the week.
Refunds will only be offered within the first 3 weeks of each session. Requests must be submitted in writing. If you cancel your program(s) within:
48 hours prior to the 1st scheduled meeting date, 100% tuition & supply fee refund (less $25 nonrefundable registration fee).
48 hours prior to the 2nd scheduled meeting date, 75% tuition refund (less $25 nonrefundable registration fee & any supply fee).
48 hours prior to the 3rd scheduled meeting date, 50% tuition refund (less $25 nonrefundable registration fee & any supply fee).
After the 3rd scheduled meeting date, no refunds or credits will be granted.
Should our program be required to close for a 2-week period due to a confirmed case of COVID-19, either during the school day OR during our program, all classes will transition to remote programming during that 2-week period. Should the school close for a longer period, families can choose to remain in remote programming OR can opt for a prorated refund less 25%. We can not offer refunds should your child(ren) need to quarantine due to exposure to/infection from COVID-19.
