  • Spring Session Registration will close from Apr 10-Apr 17! If you need after-school coverage as soon as we return from Spring Break, you must enroll before 9pm on 4/10. No exceptions can be made.

  • Spring Session will run from Mon, Apr 13 until the last day of school on Fri, Jun 26.

About our Payment Schedule

  • K-5th Grade: The cost for each class is $44.00/day, plus a $25 supply fee, paid on a Session basis.

  • K-5th Grade: If your family meets the federal guidelines for free lunch, we offer financial aid for one day per child per session. PreK, Mini Camps, and Extended Hour are not covered by financial aid.

    • Please note that 116Kids has no information on your status unless you share that information with us. 

  • Pre-K: The cost for each class is $50/day, plus a $25 supply fee, paid on a session basis.

  • All costs include a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee. Session dates and total costs vary per day of the week. 

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be offered within the first 3 weeks of each session. Requests must be submitted in writing. If you cancel your program(s) within:

  • 72 hours prior to the 1st scheduled meeting date, 100% tuition refund (less $25 non-refundable registration fee).

  • 72 hours prior to the 2nd scheduled meeting date, 75% tuition refund (less $25 non-refundable registration fee).

 

After the 2nd scheduled meeting date, no refunds or credits will be granted.
