Online Registration for our Half-Day Mini Camp on Nov 14 is open now! Click on 'Register Now' below, select 'Mini Camps' from the column on the left' and choose our Half-Day Mini Camp. Extended Hour until 6pm is also available on Nov 14. Select 'Extended Hour' from the column on the left and scroll down to select 'Mini Camp Extended Hour.'

Registration in all Mini Camps closes 72-hours before each session. NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE.

We do not allow same-day enrollment.

You must enroll at least 24-hours in advance of the class meeting time; otherwise, you may start the following week.

 Please remember to update your child's profile with their current grade and classroom # in the format of 'grade-three digit classroom #' (i.e. K-226, 1-201, 2-301, etc)!  Please include all information, not just the classroom #. To update this information, click on 'My Account' in the upper right-hand corner, then click 'Edit My Account Info' from the 'My Personal Info' tab.

About our Payment Schedule

  • The cost for each class is $215 per 10-week session, plus a $25 nonrefundable registration fee and any supply fees.

  • All children enrolled in 5 classes per week will receive a $150 discount. The discount will be automatically deducted when registering online. Please deduct the appropriate amount on the registration card if using a paper form.

  • If your family meets the federal guidelines for free lunch, we offer financial aid for one class per child per session. Please indicate on the registration card that you are applying for financial aid and attach a copy of your meal-status letter to the form. The $25 registration fee, supply fees and Extended Hour are not covered by financial aid. These fees are due with the registration form.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be offered within the first 3 weeks of each session. Requests must be submitted in writing. If you cancel your program(s) within:

  • 48 hours prior to the 1st scheduled meeting date, 100% tuition & supply fee refund (less $25 nonrefundable registration fee).

  • 48 hours prior to the 2nd scheduled meeting date, 75% tuition refund (less $25 nonrefundable registration fee & any supply fee).

  • 48 hours prior to the 3rd scheduled meeting date, 50% tuition refund (less $25 nonrefundable registration fee & any supply fee).

After the 3rd scheduled meeting date, no refunds or credits will be granted.
