    • ​​We have added additional seats EVERY day of the week!

      • Even with these additional seats, we are sold out for PK/K on Wednesdays and Thursdays. If you need coverage those days, please email ps116afterschool@gmail.com and we will help!

      • At this time, we will not be adding additional seats for 1st-5th graders in full classes because space remains in other classes for those students on those days.

About our Payment Schedule​

  • Pre-K-5th Grade: The cost for each class is $45.00/day, plus a $35 supply fee, paid on a Session basis.

  • If your family meets the federal guidelines for free lunch, we offer financial aid for one day per child per session. Mini Camps and Extended Hour are not covered by financial aid. 

    • To complete and submit the meal eligibility survey, visit: https://www.schools.nyc.gov

    • Please note that 116Kids has no information on your status unless you share that information with us. 

  • All costs include a $25.00 non-refundable registration fee. 

  • Session dates and total costs vary per day of the week. 

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be offered within the first 3 weeks of each session. Requests must be submitted in writing. If you cancel your program(s) within:

  • 72 hours prior to the 1st scheduled meeting date, 100% tuition refund (less $25 non-refundable registration fee).

  • 72 hours prior to the 2nd scheduled meeting date, 75% tuition refund (less $25 non-refundable registration fee).

 

After the 2nd scheduled meeting date, no refunds or credits will be granted.​​​​​​
